Well, well, well. I almost forgot about this thing. In fact I did for a long time. There is a possibility that I might get back to it. For now anyway.

Some things have changed. Taylor, my oldest son, has flown the coop. Left the nest. He is on his own now. Taylor is 18 and has migrated back to his hatching place. British Columbia never was his cup of tea and he seems to be happy in Edmonton.

Jason, the second oldest, is a member of a heavy metal band called "Radioactive Babies". I think he likes jamming with the "Babies" and hopefully I'll get to hear him play with them soon. That is if he can stand having his parental units in the audience.

Jake is Jake. He is the youngest of the three. A few months ago we were leaving the dentist at the second largest Mall in Canada and this fella called us over. He was looking for extras for a Nivea for Men commercial. Jake auditioned right there and then at the entrance to the Skytrain station. He got a callback and worked as an extra for the first time. Jake had so much fun doing that that he would like to do it again.

Philip is working on yet another short film. Man, I love this place! Where else would it be normal to spend lots of money on a hobby like this? Philip's got a stable of actors ( I think that's the term in the biz) that he uses for his films. Mojo (my best friend), Tara (my sister), and Csilla (I think he found her on craigslist) are the three major actors. They've all done acting work before. It's really cool to see how this all works and how involved friends and family can be.

Mojo and I continue to do our Pagan Podcast, The Wigglian Way. That's another thing that it too much fun. It's work too, but I really enjoy it. I've really stepped out of my comfort zone on that one. Although it's a podcast and not a live show it is public speaking and that's something that I never would have thought that I would enjoy or even be reasonably good at. It turns out that I am not too bad. Mojo is great! He really was meant for that kind of stuff. His personality is condusive to the creative arts. People like us and on podcastalley.com we are in the top 5 for religion and spirituality. That's pretty cool.

I can't wait. We, we being Mojo, Sarah and I, are off to Faerieworlds and Dragonfest in less than a month. Faerieworlds is in Eugene, Oregon. It seems as though it will be a pretty funky music festival. There will be pretty fey all over the place. Sarah is vending...it will be fun to give her a hand with that. Mojo and Wendy are playing the second stage. Some of my favourite Pagan performers will be there. I'd like to get a few short interviews and/or some quick soundbites.

We will leave for Dragonfest directly from Faerieworlds and embark on a 20 hr care journey. I am not really looking forward to that part. We are, however, driving a different route this time and that should be interesting.

Dragonfest is so much fun and I am looking forward to seeing all my friends.
